Help us help you faster

  • About an order: include the order number (for example SMS-1234, shown on the order page in Orders) and the service you bought for.
  • About a deposit: include the amount, the time you sent it, and the bank you sent from. Most transfers credit within a minute, so check your wallet history first.
  • No code arrived? You don't need to contact us: numbers that receive no code are refunded to your wallet automatically when they expire after 20 minutes.
  • We will never ask for your password. Don't share it with anyone claiming to be from ChrisSMS.
